Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions in a professional, confidential, and culturally sensitive manner.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Manage caseloads effectively and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and review support plans that meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders regarding client care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists.
