Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and continually improve a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer delivery. Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Customer Expectations and Delivery: Understand customer expectations, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals. Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
- Business Decision Making: Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations. Write progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth. Ensure SLA adherence, governance, and risk management of the account portfolio.
- Resource Allocation and Workload Management: Oversee resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements. Contribute to or lead delivery excellence initiatives for the business unit.
- Financial Management: Responsible for timely invoicing and collections from clients.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and organisational abilities, experience in a similar role, and a willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. You should have excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills, as well as technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills are also essential.
Good resource planning skills and excellent leadership and customer service skills are also required. Good computer skills are a must.
