Speech Pathology Team Leader Opportunity

Empower Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services to our clients in the community while leading and supporting a team of Speech Pathologists across three states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a reduced caseload and deliver Speech Pathology services to clients in the community, ensuring exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and support a team of Speech Pathologists, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of Speech Pathology services within the team, aligning with Empower Healthcare's vision and values.
  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of team members, manage caseloads, and ensure therapists achieve the appropriate balance to maintain their physical and mental health.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Speech Pathology and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist in a community setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and leading teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new IT systems.
