About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Northcott.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality Speech Pathology services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology assessments and interventions to clients of all ages.
  • Manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and carers to identify strengths, skills, and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet individual client needs.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult caseload.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
