About Our Opportunities

We often have opportunities arise in Canberra, Sydney, and potentially Melbourne in the future. As a Leasing Manager, you will report to the Client Relationship Manager and be accountable for managing a team of Lease Administrators, continuous improvement projects, and subject matter area expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Client Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and promoting superior Evolve FM commercial leasing service delivery.
  2. Model Evolve FM's values, mission, and vision.
  3. Achieve service levels and timeframes, KPIs, and/or other defined benchmarks.
  4. Provide data input to meet organisational performance report requirements.
  5. Process improvement, problem-solving, and analysis within areas of accountability towards continuous improvement and best practice.
  6. Management accountabilities and high performance of team, including performance and talent management processes and plans.
  7. Deliver accountabilities assigned within the annual operational plan for the area of responsibility.
About You

We are looking for motivated self-starters with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team, and clients. Ideal candidates have a can-do attitude, are proactive, and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key skills and experience include:

  1. Commercial property management/leasing experience within a fast-paced and complex environment.
  2. Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
  3. Track record of excellent stakeholder engagement, with a strong client focus, and dealing with people with different skill sets and responsibilities.
  4. Highly developed problem-solving, process improvement, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  5. Experience contributing to a culture of inclusion and high performance.
  6. Experience managing a team to achieve high performance.
