Property Management Specialist

This role plays a key part in overseeing the use and financial performance of ALDI's real estate assets.

The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our physical footprint aligns with corporate identity while driving strategic management decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, as well as strong communication skills both verbally and written.

  • Proven experience providing support in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with SAP & Ariba systems
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

Collate data, generate reports, and assist with briefings to inform key stakeholders

Ensure efficient information flow between internal and external parties

Record accurate property-related records in SAP and other software systems

  • Process property-related invoices and investigate discrepancies
  • Support various property activities, including maintaining accurate records and financials
