Job Summary

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of 20-50 employees to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-functional understanding and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
