Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced leader to mentor and inspire a team of educators, supporting the delivery of innovative educational programs that foster curiosity and creativity in children aged 0-5.

As a passionate professional, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our early learning service, ensuring high-quality education and care for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and care.
  • Mentor and coach staff to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with families and key stakeholders to ensure open and respectful communication.
  • Oversee regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of safety, care, and learning.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant early education legislation and compliance frameworks.
  • Proactive leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
