About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Store Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating stock take with team members
  • Managing customer complaints and discrepancies
  • Leading daily and weekly walk-throughs in the store area
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 1 year's experience in a similar operations-oriented role within a large format retailer
  • Previous experience managing or supervising a team and having intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent time management abilities
  • A passion for retail and strong knowledge of our products
