About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to oversee the execution of multiple construction projects located in Western Australia.

This role involves:

  • Supervising teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Managing project resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and services
  • Developing and implementing site plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Manager in the construction industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
