- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field service operations
- Monitor and track service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and resolve any issues
- Provide technical expertise and support to field service team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Previous experience in a supervisory position with a track record of leading maintenance teams to success
- Demonstrated high regard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Proven success in business development and customer relationship/contract management
- Mentor, guide, and support our team of tradespersons and apprentices
- Experience with gas engines and compressors highly regarded
- Excellent communication and planning skills
