Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Customer Success team in the ANZ ASEAN region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, with a strong understanding of customer success strategies and methodologies. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key customer success metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer success or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
