The Role of a Skilled Care Professional

A Skilled Care Professional plays a vital role in meeting the daily needs of residents and delivering high-quality, person-centered care. This includes providing physical, emotional, and social support, as well as promoting independence and dignity.

  • Provide total care to residents, including physical, emotional, and social support.
  • Act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures and promoting a harmonious team environment.
  • Lead by example and provide leadership to others, promoting a positive and supportive culture.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, a commitment to resident wellbeing, and a caring centric approach. We hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in aged care is not necessary, but alignment with our philosophy and values is essential.
