Registered Nurse Opportunity

At our facility, the role of a Registered Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital part in meeting residents' daily needs and delivering high quality care to residents and families.

Nurses are responsible for providing comprehensive care to residents, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They have the autonomy to make decisions and enjoy the support of healthcare teams.

As a Registered Nurse, you will also act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others and promoting a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.

About Your Role

You will be able to think critically and communicate effectively, building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with residents and colleagues alike.

We hire based on attitude and aptitude, so prior experience in aged care is not required. However, you must be aligned with our philosophy and values, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to resident wellbeing.
