  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and engagement
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in case management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
