As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial and Finance functions, as well as overall site administration support to the Construction Delivery Team.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary.
About the Role- Administrative duties will include assisting in the administration of payments, supporting the Project Commercial team with commercial activities, and providing general administrative support to the Delivery Manager and construction team.
- Maintenance of payroll records, including timesheets, leave, and related data.
- Maintenance of site personnel rosters and coordination of flights and accommodations as needed.
You will work in a construction environment, reporting to the Commercial Lead. The position is based at one of three project sites in metro-Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Administration: Assist in the administration of payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Commercial Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Commercial team, ensuring seamless execution of commercial activities.
- Administrative Support: Offer general administrative assistance to the Delivery Manager and construction team, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Recent experience in an administration role, preferably within civil construction.
- Experience in a commercial or finance role, including accounts reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Visio and Workbench.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with staff.
