We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to deliver exceptional support to key projects across Australia.

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will work alongside a passionate national team committed to advancing precision agriculture technologies. You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and budgets, as well as coordinating inputs and follow-up actions with project stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with outstanding administration, project coordination, and communication skills who thrives in a role that spans across both national project support and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative, project coordination, or executive assistant role, strong proficiency in Office365 and cloud-based tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets across a range of national initiatives.
  • Coordinate inputs and follow-up actions with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
  • Support data collection and reporting via platforms, such as Airtable (training provided).
