Wellbeing Team Member Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Aged Care GP, a leading provider of aged care services, where we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wellbeing Team Member to join our friendly team in Coburg. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional wellbeing and lifestyle experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively encourage residents to participate in recreational and leisure experiences, wellbeing programs, and individual social engagement, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support.
  • Assist with care plans and programs, and continually explore new opportunities and programs to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Provide excellent care and support to residents, aligning with our Family Values and demonstrating empathy and a caring attitude.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual (Ageing or Disability) Support, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience within a residential aged care setting, with a strong understanding of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Current police check and seasonal influenza vaccination.
