Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Word Weaver to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. As a Word Weaver, you will be responsible for developing engaging copy that drives action and achieves tangible commercial outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-impact marketing campaigns, customer loyalty programs, and other essential marketing outputs. Key Responsibilities:• Develop original and performance-driven copy for above-the-line campaigns, customer loyalty programs, direct customer communications, and all essential marketing outputs across multiple brands.• Champion brand voice and ensure consistency, clarity, and impact of messaging while adapting tone and style for different audiences and mediums.• Actively participate in concepting and ideation sessions, bringing compelling verbal ideas that spark creativity and drive commercial outcomes.• Craft compelling copy tailored for optimal performance across various platforms, understanding the unique nuances of how messages resonate and convert. Requirements:• Experience as a Copywriter in an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing styles and extensive channel expertise.• Proven ability to translate complex marketing objectives into clear, concise, and compelling copy that drives action and consistently achieves commercial outcomes.• Expert capability in developing, maintaining, and adapting distinct brand voices across multiple brands, effectively tailoring them for different target audiences and channels. Benefits:• Flexible hybrid working arrangement (from home and office)• Access to free mobile plan ('Stay Connected Mobile')• Access to free NBN 100 plan ('Stay Connected NBN')• Additional 4 days of leave per year ('Your Leave')• Access to internal development opportunities and TPG Learning Hub platform• Corporate Partner Discounts If you think this role is a great fit but some of the qualifications don't align with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
