Salary: $71,300 - $75,000 per annum + Super + Half-yearly bonus
We offer a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of $71,300 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation and a half-yearly bonus. Our salaries are among the highest in the industry, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader who can drive business growth and deliver exceptional results. As an Assistant Manager at the Albion Hotel, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team and managing the day-to-day operations of the venue. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a large, multi-skilled team and developing their skills and knowledge to achieve business objectives
- Managing the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including customer service, food and beverage sales, and administrative tasks
- Developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Hospitality or retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications
