Retail Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a Retail Inventory Specialist to manage stock levels, track inventory movements and ensure timely delivery of stock into stores. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine retail store stock grids/profiles with merchandise planners
- Upload and manage purchase orders in the system
- Track and manage stock levels with the supply team
- Ensure smooth delivery of stock into stores with logistics teams
- Work closely with retail teams to ensure stock levels translate well in stores
- Manage replenishment of core and seasonal lines
- Manage stock levels in conjunction with promotional events
- Provide weekly delivery and stock allocation updates to the team
- Contribute to range planning with merchandise planners and brand managers
- Prepare reporting for weekly trade meetings
About You:
- Experience within a retail environment or as an inventory allocator or buyers assistant is ideal
- Local knowledge of the apparel or homewares industry
- Analytically minded, comfortable with data and systems with a good knowledge of Excel
