Our school is seeking a skilled and experienced educator to fill the role of Visual Arts, Japanese and Humanities Teacher. This position will cover a maternity leave on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in visual arts, Japanese, and humanities to students in Years 7-12. They must possess a strong background in curriculum initiatives and have the ability to cater to diverse learning needs.

Key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative and proactive approaches to student learning
  • Providing established knowledge and experience in curriculum initiatives
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with students, parents, and staff
  • Meeting Queensland College of Teaching Registration requirements or obtaining registration before commencement
