About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Property and Commercial Lawyer to join our team as either an Associate or Senior Associate.
">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Property Development: structuring projects, preparing off the plan contracts and disclosure documents (including high-rises, town house developments & flat land subdivisions etc), and management rights transactions.
  • Acquisitions and Disposals: including in respect of businesses, property amalgamations, and high-value land transactions.
  • Conveyancing: negotiating, drafting, and settling transaction documents for residential and commercial conveyances (experience in NSW transactions highly regarded).
  • Leasing: advising landlords and tenants of their rights and obligations and preparing lease documentation.
  • Loans and Securities: drafting, negotiating, and advising on mortgages, loans, and other debt instruments.

Requirements:

">
  • A strong background in property law, ideally with experience in property development, acquisitions, conveyancing, leasing, and loans and securities.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for matters under appropriate supervision.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the firm's growing corporate advisory practice.
