About the Role

We are seeking a mid-senior level property and commercial lawyer to join our team. As an experienced lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Development: You will structure projects, prepare off-the-plan contracts, and disclosure documents, including high-rises, townhouse developments, and flat land subdivisions.
  • Acquisitions and Disposals: You will handle acquisitions and disposals of businesses, property amalgamations, and high-value land transactions.
  • Conveyancing: You will negotiate, draft, and settle transaction documents for residential and commercial conveyances.
  • Leasing: You will advise landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations and prepare lease documentation.
  • Loans and Securities: You will draft, negotiate, and advise on mortgages, loans, and other debt instruments.

Requirements

  • You should have experience in property law, particularly in property development, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • You should be commercially astute and able to work autonomously with appropriate supervision.
  • You should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
