High-End Residential Architecture Project Manager

Corben Architects is seeking an experienced project architect/project manager to join our high-end residential architecture and interior design practice. This is a semi-independent role where you will manage a portfolio of projects, working closely with our experienced team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled project manager/architect with at least 6 years of experience in Australia, preferably within the high-end single and/or multi-residential sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing comprehensive documentation, including architectural plans, construction certificates, and contract documentation;
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously through various stages, from concept to completion;
- Liaising with clients, consultants, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution;
- Coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve project goals;
- Administering project finances, including preparing contracts, assessing progress claims, and issuing payment certificates.
The successful candidate will be a registered NSW architect, with proficiency in ArchiCAD Version 23 or later, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus scheme.
