Enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future are at the forefront of our operations. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our Logistics team at a Gympie factory, where iconic coffees with 100 SKUs across 10 production lines are produced.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about warehouse management and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision, materials management, and operational coordination.

We are looking for a professional who can ensure timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch, manage pallets effectively, and coordinate cycle counting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring materials are properly stored in the warehouses and waste collection is managed efficiently.

The Warehouse Lead will work closely with the Operational Buyers to construct a weekly truck plan that ensures delivery of both inbound and out-bound materials in a cost-effective manner. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures, and undertake root cause analysis and corrective actions where deviations are identified.

The requirements for this role include qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management, a current forklift license, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change. They will also have good organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer service focus.
