Warehouse Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team.


About the Role
  • Lead a team of warehouse operators ensuring timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch
  • Supervise forklift operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate cycle counting
  • Ensure materials are properly stored in the warehouse and that waste collection is managed efficiently
  • Coordinate with operational buyers to construct weekly truck plans
  • Implement corrective actions where deviations to standards are identified

Requirements
  • Qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management
  • Current forklift license and minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with customer service focus and competent computer skills
