We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Manager of Advanced Analytics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on the design, measurement, and optimisation of our loyalty ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics.
They will also have 3+ years of experience leading analytics teams, with experience in loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.
The role requires the ability to bring both commercial rigour and member-centric thinking to loyalty product development and analytics.
Responsibilities- Lead analysis of redemption behaviour, breakage, and margin to optimise product design and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Loyalty Product teams to define and develop Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models and applications.
- Develop member journey insights and performance frameworks to improve the effectiveness of loyalty and status programs.
- Manage a multidisciplinary analytics team focused on commercial modelling, customer insights, and loyalty performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and program evolution.
- 8–10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics.
- 3+ years leading analytics teams, with experience in loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.
- Experience in breakage and redemption analytics, loyalty profitability modelling, and CLV approaches.
- Ability to bring both commercial rigour and member-centric thinking to loyalty product development and analytics.
