Our technology team is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our engineering efforts.

This key role will oversee the definition and implementation of quality assurance strategies across our software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with our CI/CD pipelines.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of embedding QA, test automation, performance, and reliability practices at scale.

We are looking for an individual who can lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and continuously improve engineering outcomes.

A strong understanding of quality engineering principles, DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD methodologies is essential, as well as hands-on experience with tooling such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
