The Casual Orthodontic Coordinator position is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming new patients and assisting clinicians during consultations
  • Collaborating with orthodontists, practice managers, clinic staff, and patients to ensure seamless experiences
  • Presenting treatment plans and financial agreements
  • Coordinating appointments and follow-up communications with patients
  • Liaising between patients and staff
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and reporting
  • Providing exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator within a dental practice is essential, with a comprehensive understanding of dental terminology
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
  • Experience with dental software is a must
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a patient-centric approach
