Key Responsibilities
  • Set the standard for leadership with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team to excel.

  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
  • Develop and train team members to reach their full potential.
  • Monitor inventory and spearhead F&B marketing/promotions initiatives.
Requirements
  • Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Prior experience in managing a bar is essential.
  • Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements is crucial.
  • Deep understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols is necessary.
  • Previous experience with HACCP requirements is highly beneficial.
