What you will do?
Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach
Oversee day-to-day bar management
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
Train and develop team members
Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions
More about you
Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
Previous experience in managing a bar
Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
Experience with HACCP requirements
