We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, supporting medical professionals, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous medical administration or reception experience (not essential)

  • Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
