About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at RecordPoint. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering RecordPoint solutions and services to ensure successful product implementations and migrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with development teams to design and implement RecordPoint solutions that meet client needs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Implementation, Migration, and Integration: Lead the implementation of RecordPoint solutions, managing data migration and integration with technical teams and vendors, and resolving technical issues quickly.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to customers and team members on using RecordPoint products, creating user guides and technical documentation as needed.
  • Communication and Project Management: Drive multiple initiatives to completion, collaborating with project managers and other technical consultants to ensure timely milestone completion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a consultant in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience in Azure, Office 365 Admin, Azure Active Directory, and cloud solution design and deployment.
  • Experience in migration clients from on-premise services to modern cloud solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience in Records Management or Information Management, and understanding of security principles and controls in cloud environments.
