Security Operations Specialist

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Security Frameworks: Implement and maintain security frameworks such as SOC2, NIST, GDPR, ISO27001, and CCM to ensure compliance and security.
- Secure Coding Practices: Develop and maintain secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) to prevent security breaches.
- Cloud Security: Secure and maintain AWS or Azure cloud environments, and demonstrate understanding of cloud-specific services.
- DevOps Understanding: Set up, configure, deploy, operate, scale, and secure containerization technologies, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- API Security: Secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and experience with API security testing tools.
- Security Tooling: Apply knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools, static and dynamic application security testing tools, and security monitoring tools.
- Continuous Security Monitoring: Implement continuous monitoring for security threats, and experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Threat Modelling and Risk Assessment: Perform threat modelling for customer-facing SaaS products and internal development systems, and experience with risk and vulnerability assessments.
- Incident Response and Forensics: Coordinate, diagnose, and remediate threats, and proactively identify security improvements.
- Strong understanding of security principles and protocols.
- Experience with security frameworks, secure coding practices, and cloud security.
- DevOps understanding, including containerization technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- API security experience, including secure API design and testing.
- Experience with security tooling, including vulnerability scanning and security monitoring.
- Strong communication skills to articulate security concepts to non-security personnel.
