Job Summary:

Wilson Security Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a high-profile corporate client located in the Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management and leadership of security personnel, including recruitment, facilitating inductions, and managing performance.
  • Implementation of security directives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing overall administration and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Providing an immediate security response and initiating corrective action in matters of unauthorized access and other offenses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a security-aligned business or similar.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Decisive decision-maker in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SA Security License.
  • Any applicable security qualification will be favorable.
  • Current valid Driver's license.
  • Current First Aid qualification.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage effectively in varying environments with different tasks, responsibility, and people.
  • Superior customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate (advanced) in MS Office and associated programs.
  • Well-presented and lead by example.
