Home Care Support Professional

About the Role

The Home Care Support Professional will be responsible for delivering individualized care and support to clients, which may include:

  • Monitoring and communicating client condition
  • Transportation
  • House cleaning
  • Personal hygiene
  • Meal preparation

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care that meets their individual needs and goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Certificate III in Ageing or Individual Support (or similar qualification)
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
