As a seasoned architectural leader, you will drive strategic innovation across business banking, guiding the evolution of enterprise capabilities and platforms. You will define and drive the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, technology strategy, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture blueprints, guardrails, and architectural roadmaps to drive business outcomes
- Lead the development of target state architectures and capability models to inform business decisions
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align architecture with business strategy and priorities, fostering collaboration and driving results
- Mentor and support Solution Architects, Engineers, and other architecture professionals to enhance their skills and expertise
- Experience in enterprise architecture across complex and regulated environments with a strong understanding of the business banking domain
- A proven track record of driving strategic architecture outcomes, including experience in architecture governance, stakeholder engagement, and influencing at senior levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
