As a Cyber Security Information Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring clients meet their security obligations.

This position requires conducting comprehensive assessments and audits, providing authoritative advice on information assurance and risk management strategies.

  • The successful candidate will plan and conduct assessments across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with organisational policies.
  • They will provide guidance on security policies and risk management strategies.
  • Develop and implement organisational standards for audit conduct, ensuring objectivity and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on quality assurance activities and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of security standards.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in IT audit methodologies and Cyber Security assessment.
  • A strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and relevant standards is essential.
  • Experience with security tools such as SIEM and firewalls is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or applied industry experience in Cyber Security.
  • Familiarity with relevant security policies and frameworks.
