Job Overview

The Senior Property and Leasing Consultant is a senior role responsible for the administration of leased accommodation within SA Health Infrastructure Branch.

The position provides expert specialized property leasing advice and input to SA Health stakeholders, driving optimum asset outcomes through strategic management of lease and land tenure strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective lease and land tenure management strategies
  • Negotiating commercial leases with private sector and government parties for clinical health services space
  • Liaising with relevant government departments and agencies
  • Providing expert financial analysis and negotiation skills to ensure robust and cost-effective terms
  • Representing agreed terms in legal documentation and advising on procurement and fit-out requirements
  • Assisting in development of accommodation frameworks and policies
  • Maintaining accurate records of lease information and providing advice to SA Health staff
