As a key player in the logistics industry, Toll offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their team. This dynamic role will challenge you to lead and coordinate transport operations across Southeast QLD, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of customer products while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in training and mentoring teams, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be able to analyze and optimize transport processes for continuous improvement, and have a solid understanding of transport compliance, cost control, and operational efficiencies.

In this role, you will oversee transport operations to meet priorities, KPIs, and customer expectations, plan and coordinate weekly labour and vehicle requirements, and liaise with customers to ensure accurate load planning and delivery scheduling. You will also supervise daily transport activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to procedures, and maintain records and reports, including invoicing, KPIs, and incident reporting.
