The Role- Prepare applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Assist with Will drafting and estate planning
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Support estate litigation matters
About You:
- Minimum 3 years PAE in Wills and Estates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Admitted to legal practice in QLD (or eligible for a QLD practising certificate)
