**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead all aspects of Space Management, Planning and Occupancy across our dedicated account teams.

This pivotal role is aligned with the Global Platform and plays a critical part in translating client business requirements into innovative, effective workplace solutions.

  • Foster strong partnerships with clients to ensure alignment and consistent service delivery.
  • Define strategic client goals—both immediate and long-term—related to occupancy management, utilization analysis, planning strategies, and accurate real estate allocation reporting.
  • Cultivate high-performing delivery teams capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with established SLAs and KPIs, collaborating closely with account leadership and client representatives on staffing plans, upcoming projects, and relationship management.

In addition, we require candidates to uphold core program standards, ensure consistency in tool usage, processes, templates, and outputs, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study advantageous.
  • Seven+ years' experience in a corporate real estate environment.
  • Strong verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate to executive level.
  • Advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS for Space Management.
  • Australian citizenship required; baseline clearance or willingness to obtain security clearance.
