Senior Fund Analyst

This role involves performing in-depth analysis to inform the future strategy, capital management and funds allocation for a real estate portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed financial assessments of potential investments, taking into account key performance indicators such as return on investment and risk exposure.
  • Ensure data integrity across various financial models, including budgeting, forecasting and venture scenario planning.
  • Develop and maintain accurate metrics to track portfolio performance against established benchmarks.
  • Support the development of strategic plans to optimize portfolio returns and minimize risk.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong academic background in finance or a related field, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
