Senior Product Manager, User Onboarding Expert

Cxnpl is a pioneering fintech company that has developed an all-in-one software and operational platform for banks.
Our platform enables banks to host and manage their customers directly on our cloud-native infrastructure, providing a full-suite of banking products that are branded as their own, along with all operational services needed to run their bank.
By automating manual operational and compliance processes at scale, Cxnpl frees banks from running expensive infrastructure and allows them to focus on their customers and the business of banking.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in user and business onboarding, KYC, KYB, funnel analysis, and design.
This role is pivotal in growing our platform and finding the right balance between growth and safety for our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities- Proficiency in analyzing user acquisition and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks, optimize the onboarding process, and improve overall user engagement.
- Strong background in user experience (UX) design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful onboarding experiences.
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth fintech or banking environment, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in scaling user acquisition and onboarding.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, and the ability to translate these insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech.
- Proven experience scaling user acquisition and onboarding.
- Strong data analysis skills and process review capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
