Job Title: Lead HR Service Partner

  • Lead and coach a team of HR Principals and Specialists to perform the execution of effective and high-quality HR projects and services.
  • Drive the embedment of the BHP Operation System within the team, with a continued focus on end-to-end experience, customer value and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, work collaboratively and build strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders across HR, Global Business Services teams and beyond.
  • Drive partnership and engagement with customers to understand business requirements, working with relevant teams to prioritise improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills to work collaboratively and partner with stakeholders to drive operational performance, contribute to capability and context building within their delivery.
  • Manage demand and capacity for the team, by working with stakeholders to understand upstream demand for a range of HR Services work packages and prioritising to determine and schedule capacity.
  • Be responsible for enabling the execution of HR Services work such as HR Service Partnering, escalation management, complex case work such as roster creation / parental leave / enterprise agreements, services remit of restructures and projects
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive relevant experience in HR Services
  • Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Senior stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills
  • Strong influencing skills with senior leaders
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • Experience in project management and roadmap delivery
  • Strong continuous improvements skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excels at diagnosis, problem solving, partnering and achieving outcomes.
  • Experience in working in a global environment.
