We are seeking an experienced Goods Receiver to join our warehouse team in Townsville, Australia.

About the Role

This is a key position within our warehouse operations and requires someone who is highly organized and able to multitask effectively. As a Goods Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching goods in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Checking Goods: You will be responsible for receiving goods from suppliers and checking them against delivery dockets to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Storing Goods: You will store goods in a safe and secure manner, ensuring that all products are accurately labeled and recorded.
  • Dispatching Goods: You will be responsible for dispatching goods to customers in accordance with agreed expectations.
Requirements
  • Chain of Responsibility Training: Must have up-to-date Chain of Responsibility training
  • Certificate IV in Warehousing and Logistics: Desirable qualification
  • Computer Skills: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics applications
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar warehousing role
