About the Role

The Obstetrics & Gynaecology department is seeking a highly skilled Subspecialist Trainee to join their team. The role involves primary operating under supervision with a focus on general gynaecology and obstetrics.

The O&G department sees approximately 1500 deliveries each year and has 2 caesarean and 6 gynaecology theatre sessions each week.

As a Subspecialist Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain competence in vaginal repair, vaginal hysterectomy, total laparoscopic hysterectomy, and abdominal hysterectomy.
