**Job Opportunity: Adult Duty Team Social Worker**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult Duty Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to vulnerable adults in need, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to deliver high-quality services.

The successful candidate will possess excellent assessment and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks, including crisis interventions, assessments, and providing short-term interventions to individuals in need.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A degree in Social Work or a Diploma in Social Work with registration as a social worker
  • Registration with the SSSC as a Social Worker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate case recording and report writing skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and act on own initiative
  • A full (valid) driving licence

**Benefits:**

This is a permanent position offering 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-16:00. The minimum actual salary for this position is £41,034 per annum.
