About the Role:

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for litigating and recovering demurrage claims. Reporting directly to the National Recoveries Manager, this role offers a chance to develop a wide range of quality legal services and debt recovery skills within the motor claim insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in litigating demurrage claims nationwide
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and individuals to recover costs
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve disputes
  • Organize and manage calendar appointments and deadlines
  • Research and compile evidence for court proceedings
  • Draft and send letters to clients, solicitors, and insurance companies

Requirements:

  • Legal Assistant experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Insurance experience is beneficial
